Product Design Process
Stanford taught me to create innovative solutions using a human-centered product design process. This process is contextual, generative, and iterative. I focus on understanding people and their needs. Based on that understanding, I work with teams to generate responsive prototypes that I test with users. I ship valuable solutions.
1. Curiously Understand
I map my initial understanding. Then I categorize information, look for human needs, and discover where I want to learn more.
2. Define the Point of View
I distill key insights from users to generate the context. I use them to develop frameworks, points of view, and problem statements.
3. Innovate, Prototype, and Iterate
I challenge assumptions by presenting a wide variety of solutions, and iteratively grow them by building with user feedback.
4. Ship
I work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and regulatory bodies to efficiently align priorities and launch products.
